Ancestral Roots

Ancestral Roots is a project that showcases the first piece in a collection that moves from a physical medium to a digital medium, using Procreate on an iPad to create a digital illustration. This work is also the first in the collection to incorporate color in a monochromatic scheme, with textural elements imprinted on the face and movement following the subject's gaze, creating a highly expressive piece.
